Four points. Three guys.

Ok, so math is not our strong suit.

Interactive Development

A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, Rui created his first website when he was barely out of grade school. He is as equally adept at discussing the nuances of Internet marketing or database formatting as he is at growing facial hair (we've actually watched Rui grow an entire mustache and beard in less than a working day). His specialty is in designing simple, clean websites that enhance user experience and minimize frustration. Our favorite way to torture Rui is to tell him "the web is just a fad", or make wild accusations like "why did you break the Internet?" Rui is a big soccer fan (his younger sister is on the US Women's team), a NY Giants fan (he'll claim that he knew the Giants would win the Super Bowl all along), and enjoys beer of all kinds. He is also a new father (to Lily), and has fittingly created a website to show off her baby pictures.

Art Direction

Mike is our design guru. Also, he's our car expert. Oh, and he's our technology buff. Finally, he's our financial investment counselor. We usually forgive him for knowing so much, and for rarely driving us around or picking up the check at lunch. This being said, Mike will probably have saved enough money to buy Rhode Island by the time he's thirty. An advocate of simple, clean and direct design, Mike has a talent for taking complex visuals and making them easy to understand. He's already done a lot in his career, providing art direction for brochures, direct mail, advertising, ad specialties, websites, books, magazines, documentaries and even television programs. In his spare time Mike is a martial arts instructor and has taught his pet bird to cuss and bite everyone else except him.

Marketing Strategy

The senior member of the Four Point Design team (somehow humorous to his young partners), Tom has more than twenty years of experience working with some of America's biggest brands, including DuPont, Xerox, Kodak, GE, and Johnson & Johnson. He's also worked with some of America's smallest brands, including the Ming Dynasty restaurant (who, incidentally, still owes him a plate of Hunan beef & scallops). A veteran of the advertising industry, he's served as an award-winning writer, creative director, broadcast producer, and account manager with more ad agencies than he cares to name. When he's not writing for clients, he's often writing for himself, on projects that range from military history titles to cable TV cooking shows. When asked if he really looks like the guy pictured on this website, he replied: "When I find the guy who posted that image, I'm gonna' punch him right in the wiener." Tom is an avid football fan, a decent target shooter, and, according to the New World Almanac, one of the biggest consumers of cheese on Earth.
